Lancair modified it in late 2007 to increase the turning angle and improve the internal dampers. I am now above 400 flight hours and approximately 650 landings. BTW, I changed the mains at approximately 500 landings. They were still serviceable, but we were planning a 3-week trip to Alaska and I didn't want to chance them. Goodyear Flight Custom II's originally; now Flight Custom III's. Absolutely no trouble with them at all.
