I would highly recommend 2 people. Not just for pushing the buttons, but also for reading the procedure, and watching for traffic. Make up a short checklist before you go up and practice it. I admit I'm not the smartest guy, but it took me a number of tries to get the right screen at the right time in the right order. In retrospect it is rather straight forward, but it takes a few times through the directions to understand what you are supposed to do. As has been said, the way to do it is to have your copilot hold the toggle (momentary switch) and then you tell him/her to release it when you are happy with the flight configuration.
