My pump has been back to Oildyne to be rebuilt and have the pressure switches set.
Wolfgangs device would have saved me (my insurance co) $35,000. I will report any problems that I have with the device.
I am glad that Wolfgang has been communicating with you to verify how our landing gear operates. If you do not like him asking you questions, do not answer him. Please do not complain on the LML about how you had to answer his questions.
Wolfgang does not have a Lancair. Grove does not have a Lancair. Many of our suppliers do not have Lancairs. I am glad to be able to purchase parts from these suppliers that I believe will make my airplane safer. I simply can not understand why you would not want someone to make parts for our aircraft. As you well know Wolfgang has spent many hours researching and developing a system that corrects a serious problem that many of us have with our retractable gear.
I write this letter with no cutting or snide remarks. Lets keep it that way.
