Not sure it serves that purpose very = well, but it=92s a cleaner installation in any case. I also installed a hard = point at the top of the seat back, where it joggles back to form the upper = part of the pressure bulkhead (Lancair IV-P). Used =BC=94 phenolic and carbon = cloth to make a strong anchor for a shoulder harness at that point.
