It is mounte= d on the right fuse, just forward of the panel. I didn't install a cable, so I have to press on the brakes with my feet while I lean over and turn the lever to lock the brakes. It ties into the two hydraulic brake lines that run down the right side. (The Legacy may be different.) I bought the parking brake unit from ACS. Mark S.
