Hi guys,
Having had my 360 for a few months now, I thought it would be useful
for my own training to put together a compilation of landings that
I've captured on tape so far. The video is available here in
streaming or downloadable DIVX format:
http://keith.tristesse.com/object/lnc2_landing_compilation.html
It's also available on youtube here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oq-YtaIzL38
And yes, I've finally cleaned the windshield!
I've worked out a dirty stall speed (single pilot 3/4 tank) of 58KIAS.
Prior to that, I assumed it was 60KIAS. I've been using 1.3.Vso
(78kts), rounded up to 80 for my final approach speed, although
earlier on, I was using 85kts. I'm pretty happy using 80 and will
continue with that number going forward. As I try to get the
touchdown point more precisely dialed in, I think I'll start retarding
the throttle to idle a little sooner (if terrain allows)....the plane
does float while during the decel from 80 to 60, no doubt about it.
I recently brought the plane into Andover, a 1981ft paved strip in
calm conditions, it was a real pleasure.
The confidence is slowly building, this plane is so awesome.
For entertainment, I also have a series of deer-clearing low
approaches compiled here:

If anyone has feedback about the landings, feel free, I'm all ears.
Keith
