I ALWAYS have the boost pump on for takeoff and landing. However, especially after a restart on a hot day, the fuel flow will go up and down in climb. Once I level off and the oil temp goes down, the fuel flow stablizes. What was your oil temp, or the outside air temp during your fuel flow excursions?
