I transported my L-235 about 700 miles on a modified jet-ski trailer. I bolted a 2x12 flatwise to the bed of the trailer just in front of the wheels, cantilevered out in front of the trailer wheels. I bolted another 2x12 up toward the tongue where the NLG would rest. Yeah, it's 102" wide, but I had no problems.
