For those who have the 212-0014 pressure plate assembly-

I found the plastic #112-0003 seals supplied by Lancair can uncover parts of the slot during control travel. The picture shows a replacement I made with the Lancair part aligned for comparison. The arrow points to the inside of the seal recess. Teflon (PTFE) worked very smoothly but was not durable- the hole seemed to deform after a few cycles. An old plastic cutting board proved to be a better material.

The part was made with basic woodworking tools and an end-cutting rasp in a drill press.

Could anyone tell me the degrees of motion for their sidestick? It would help to make sure I have the seal located and trimmed properly. Just one of those nice-to-have specs that I can't seem to find in the nstructions.  -Bill Wade
