My engine still sits in preservation oil, so I haven't had any
experience with it yet, but I have to say that the Barrett's have really
treated me well.
They have always taken time on the phone and have been very responsive
to my queries.

I am not sure what is obvious.
Here is my recommendation - Monty Barrett in Oklahoma. Good people,
will provide you with what they say when they say.
Other options: Continental Factory and Performance. Before you get Performance suggest you check the LML archives.

Other than the obvious, can anyone recommend
a company to acquire an IO550 for a Legacy.
Considering the recent posts, I am looking again else where.
I am going to Oshkosh so I will be checking
out the vendors there.
