How many Naval Aviators (Nasal Radiators?) among us remember basic training
in Pensacola in the 60's or 70's and being told that very thing - there are
two kinds of pilots - those who have landed gear up and those who will?
Obviously, I hope, the slogan was used to impress on us youngsters that
putting the gear down is easy to forget especially when your head is about
100 feet behind the airplane. You'd better get the gear down thing
emblazoned across your forehead so you won't be one of the guys in those
two groups. For me it worked --------- so far.
