Tom,
I didn't see any responses to your post, although it was most interesting.  One speculation is that is was perhaps intentionally scuttled, as from the
video it looks like:
1) the door frame has not yet been installed
2) the front window is out, but with no visible damage (i.e. never
installed)
3) the luggage door and rear access cover are missing with no visible damage
4) the port wing is removed, but the fairing appears undamaged.
5) the port horizontal stab (and elevator) appear to be "sheared" off, with
little visible "impact" damage (the starboard elevator is attached).

I did find it interesting in light of the comments above, that the fuselage
and tail appear fully constructed - perhaps an alternate build sequence that
leaves the doors and windows for the end of the build process (to afford
better access to the interior???)

Would love to know more/where/etc?
