My thought is not to. A fast climb is so short why not just get it over with and get on your way? Besides, there's enough going on then it's nice not to have to constantly fool with the mixture. I bought the plane to go fast and I'm already saving 25-30 gph by not having a turbine. I fly LOP a) because I think it's better for the engine in cruise and b) because it affords better range. I would view WOT full rich as better for the engine in climb that LOP even if done properly.
