Bill,

I have been running both OnWings and Chartcase on two successive Fujitsu tablets for years now and am very satisfied.  The tablets have full daylight readable displays and the current one has a solid state hard drive.

If your displeasure is about something other than the visual appearance, then let me know what it is.

As for the visual display, to me, the OnWings display is far superior to the overlay on Chartcase.  I think WxWorx did a much better job selecting the colors so that the weather really stands out from the map background.  To me, the Chartcase background colors and the weather just wash each other out and make the weather very indistinct.

Yes, it is a little bit of a pain to enter flight plans twice and to have to flip between programs to see all the goodies, but the presentation makes it worthwhile, IMHO.

I'm running Wxworx on Wings on a Toshiba tablet but not happy with the result.
Does anyone have any experience running Chartcase as an EFB on a tablet with the Wx overlay?
Thanks, Bill Hogarty
