Your IO-360 should use at least 180 / 160 = 1.125 more or 11.25 GPH. 75% power with my engine should be 2700 by full throttle at 7,500 ft. In real life I fly at 2350 and 23 to 25". I normally burn 6.5 to 7.0 gph at altitude.
