        I recently had the same problem as yourself but with a slight difference. My pump would run continuously with gear down selected ( on jacks as I'm not flying yet), but was fine with gear up. I have pressure gauges and was able to see that the pressure switch was not opening and the pump had reached it's internal pressure relief point and was bypassing. Resetting the breaker made no difference but a light tap on the pressure switch unstuck the switch and the pump stopped. You might try that to see if it isolates the problem. I have already received the new low pressure switchfrom Lancair and am awaiting the back ordered high pressure switch. The new ones look much more substantial and as I understand it the point at which the switch closes is adjustable via a screw at the top of the switch.  $71 plus S&H each solved the problem.
