Nylon (rug) is not acceptable in aircraft.  It is not flame resistant and produces formaldehyde gas and in some cases cyanide.  One reason firefighters wear air-tanks in burning buildings.

I recently purchased a Lancair 360 and want to redo the interior.  Does anyone sell pre-cut seat foam cushions?  How does leather compare to ultra-leather, wool to nylon carpet?  What seems to be a reasonable amount to spend?  Is there a site with a collection of pictures or samples?  I would appreciate any pictures, comments or links you would like to share.  You can email me directly.  Thanks.
