Don't claim to be any kind of expert, but ...
I have heard that Mooney recommends the addition of methanol (? %) to prevent the formation of ice crystals in Avgas at very low temperatures.

I'm highly skeptical that there is a need for Prist in piston airplanes if you thoroughly test your fuel sumps.

Even they don't make a case for using Prist with 100LL.
This suggests that 100LL doesn't carry water in suspension the way that Jet-A does.
Does anyone have more information about 100LL vs. Prist?
