Hi Folks, the folks at Vans RV were very helpful.  It looks like a:

BAF-360                            BAFFLE KIT PP                $275.00 "Trimming the top of the baffle is typical on all engine installations
in any aircraft, but it's not hard to do." appears to be the correct kit for an IO-360 B1F parallel valve engine.
