If one has fiber glass cowling made from a large weave and gel coated with= voids, the answer is "probably." But, anyone with such a cowling should= reinforce the inside edges - either with a strip of tighter weave glass= or carbon. I did the former and later had to reinforce the bottom two holes= nearest the centerline with carbon and a little flox because of the strai= n on those holes.
