I had Xe vision on my Glasair. Had a single round bulb in the cowling
and 2 small rectangular bulbs in each wing tip. You could see it for
miles and it was super white white light. I'd recommend them.

I'm looking at xe-vision xv-19 50W but the beam pattern seems a little
wide. Anyone have these? how far down the runway can you see at night with

runner up is xv36L 50W but they are big.
xevision in general seems to have predatory pricing.
Seems like there must be a 50mm automotive product that would work fine.
