It's not your problem but the FSS. I went crazy trying find the problem and had the avionics guy at Torrance go thru it, found no problems. He sent it out and it came back with the same results, NO PROBLEMS with my with transponder. The LA Basin in certain areas can't pick me up and then 5 minutes later, they have me. Save your money.
