Wiremasters, Inc in Franklin, TN are the cheapest source I know. We got all of our wire from them, including shielded stuff, Tefzel wire, RG 400. Call them at 800 635-5342 and ask for Deb Allen or email her: dallen@wiremasters.net. They have a minimum order for most everything, but if you order all of the wire you anticipate needing at the same time, it really saves you. If you need just a few feet of certain sizes, Stein is a good place to go.

I agree.  Most of you are probably already aware of this, but a good source
for Tefzel wire is SteinAir (http://www.steinair.com/). They have a good
selection (from 22AWG up to 2AWG) at reasonable prices.  They also sell
RG400 coax at a good price.  Currently their RG400 is $2.05/ft, unless you
get 100 ft or more then it's $1.85/ft.  Other suppliers that I spot check
from time to time are as high as $4.29/ft.
