Joe,
I went through Falcon Insurance (EAA program) and they placed me with Global
Aerospace for my builders' coverage, and now my flying coverage. I have an
ES, and given some of the stitches I ended up requiring, I can't see how any
kit could be more dangerous ;). My guess is AIG is retracting given they
much published financial difficulties.

Subject: [LML] AIG got me... Not going to renew
I was just notified that AIG was not going to renew my "builders insurance" for my Livpt project. The 4 must be a more dangerous kit to build. I guess you could put your eye out on a winglet. Anyone have any ideas. The timing couldn't be worse. Diemech is shipping my engine next month and I was finally planning on moving to the hanger I've had for over a year. The airport requires builders insurance. Thanks. Joe.
