 I don't have pictures, but I used a set of door contacts from a GM light
truck. In their normal application they supply power for the power windows. In
my case they supply 12V to the door when the door is closed (they're in the
lower front corner of the frame). The on/off switch is in the door inline with
the 12v.
 
 The nice part about these contacts is they're cheap and available at any
Chevy/GM dealer.
