Here's a tentative schedule of events for the upcoming Lancair Fly In at Hot Springs Arkansas, Oct 10-12.

Lancair Events:

Friday Evening - Welcome

Heavy Hors d’oeuvres & No host cash bar

Magnolia Room 5-7:30

Saturday Morning 10am to Noon - Jeff Edwards - Flight Safety Seminar

Saturday Afternoon/Evening 3-7pm – Prop Talk - A Pilot Gathering (at Airport)

Food by:

McClard’s Famous BBQ featuring Tamale Spread, Ribs, chopped Chicken & Chopped Pork

+ beer, wine, soft drinks & water.

Sunday starting 10am - Brunch w/ Lancair group seating in the Fountain Room

Things To Do in Hot Springs:

Shopping, Spas, Historical Walks, Golf, Party Barge cruises, Nat’l. Park Duck (boat) Tours, Garvan Woodland Botanical Gardens, Magic Springs Theme Park & Crystal Falls Water Park, Hiking-West Mountain Section adjacent to downtown,

Fishing, President Clinton Hometown Tour, Canoeing, Mtn. Biking, Belle of Hot Springs Riverboat cruises, Museums, Art Galleries.

If you are planning on golfing, the Arlington owns the Hot Springs Country club which features two separate courses. Guests of the Hotel, have full Country Club privileges. Reserve your tee time now in order to assure you get your game scheduled. There are other courses in the area as well, so lots of variety in choices.
