Both Facet pumps on my Lancair each move fuel at the rate of .57 gallons = per minute. I have a laminated card in my console box which lists = transfer rates by minutes and by gallons, so I can easily determine how = much fuel to move either by time or by quantity. I pump from both wing = tanks at the same time which helps reduce the need for aileron trim = requirements during fuel usage. So, I am able to move, with both pumps = on, 1.14 gallons per minute (2 gallons in 3:30). I also keep a log of = fuel transferred. It is noted that the original Facet pumps that came with the kit = transferred fuel at different rates. I replaced them when I installed = the PPAvionics fuel controller at a later date as the controller would = not sense the change in the pumps when the tanks were dry. Hey George,

You meant to indicate a transfer rate of .45 gallons per = minute?

Both Facet pumps on my Lancair each move fuel at the rate of = .57=20 gallons per minute.  I have a laminated card in my console box = which lists=20 transfer rates by minutes and by gallons, so I can easily determine how = much=20 fuel to move either by time or by quantity.  I pump from both wing = tanks at=20 the same time which helps reduce the need for aileron trim = requirements=20 during fuel usage.  So, I am able to move, with both pumps on, 1.14 = gallons=20 per minute (2 gallons in 3:30).  I also keep a log of fuel=20 transferred.

It is noted that the original Facet pumps that came with the kit=20 transferred fuel at different rates.  I replaced them when I = installed the=20 PPAvionics fuel controller at a later date as the controller would not = sense the=20 change in the pumps when the tanks were dry.
