Builders,

I'm not sure how the other Lancair = models=20 attach the rudder cable to the firewall, so it may be applicable to = the Legacy=20 only or possible to all Lancairs.

I'm getting ready to=20 terminate my rudder cables to the firewall.  It would = be a=20 relatively easy task to use the eyebolt, thimble, = and Nicopress=20 sleeve called for in the Legacy construction manual;  this = method,=20 however, does not lend itself to making future adjustments which might = be=20 needed as a result of cable stretch.

So the question is................ = has anyone=20 developed a different rudder cable anchorage system to=20 the firewall which = allows for=20 future adjustment capability?

Pics of parts and installation = would be=20 greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
