For those of you who don't receive AvWeb's AvFlash reports, this was in
this morning's issue:

LANCAIR PRODUCTION RAMPS UP AS SUIT SETTLED: AVweb reported on Monday
that Lancair had filed suit against the country of Malaysia, seeking the
funding it had been promised to support its operations.  Yesterday, an
agreement was reached and the suit was dismissed.  The company is now
focusing on ramping up its production line for the Columbia 300, with
the target of producing one aircraft per day at its Bend, Ore., factory.
