 A LIVP that I flew quite a bit had an unfeathering accumulator and a full feathering prop. The accumulator came from Hartzell in 2002.  I looked at their web site but could not find it. I am sure a phone call will find one for you though. Their number is (877) 251-5362

   You need an unfeathering accumulator. It works like a million bucks and the engine starts nicely. It even works on the ground. It does not weight much either.
