After building 50+ panels, powder coating and silkscreening is by far the best method in my opinion. It is a little more costly, but you've just spent $60K-$100K on the rest of your panel, why scrimp now. It's $500-$800 for a finish that will last forever and stand up to the abuse of your avionics tech. Dark grey or black are the most popular colors.
