My Whelen strobe power supply is mounted behind the passenger seat in my LNC2 with the input and output cables running thru the center console area (as is all the comm, nav and etc. coax cables you mentioned). I have no interference problems from this arrangement, that I can identify. My system isn't totally interference-free though as I can hear a very slight whine from the alternator in my headset - but who knows where that's getting into the system? Noticeable but not bad enough to bother.
