I know of a fellow Lancair owner who had a VM1000C that had a damaged display.  Vision gave him a complete exchange for the new VM1000C including probes.  The new VM1000C is a JPI EDM 900 on the inside and a Vision display.  I'm not sure what money changed hands, but he's very happy with the new installation.  The Vision and the JPI EDM 900 have the same panel cutout.
