The annunciators I have are made by Eaton.  In fact, they are "old Loran" annunciators that have been removed from service.  The avionics shop that helped me with the wiring had them sitting on the shelf - not to ever be used.  So, I disassembled the lights and had the local trophy shop (Virginia Art Metal) make the labels.  They cut red lens material to back them up so all the lettering would be red.  They are 28 volt, but can be changed to 12 volt by changing the bulbs (2 in each one).  What you see are 2 separate rows of annunciators that are "stacked" on top of each other (in the photos, you can see a screw on each end for each row).
