I am offering this comment as a gentle reminder folks to actually read your operating limitations and be sure they are attached to your 8130-6.

 

 

Look At your Operating Limitations, around item number 24 or 25.  The limitation is very clear, generally in bold face type and in quotations.  It is the minimum, or similarly worded statement, but it is always in your limitations.  Your DAR was obligated to review that process with you.

 

In any event, the Operating Limitations are a part of your 8130-6 Special Airworthiness Certificate and are to be attached to and on your aircraft at all times. (Read Item #1 of your limitations)  Your question suggests that you have not read your operating limitations in a while, hence maybe they are not on board your aircraft, hence you are violating a basic tenant of you’re A/W certificate.

 

If I am incorrect in my suspicions, I apologize.  A minimum signoff statement is clearly stated in your Ops Limits.
