Your advice that it's coming = in the tail, at the openings for the elevator bell crank, while parked = makes sense. I'll try drilling a drain hole in the bottom of the = fuselage at the most aft place that the water will tend to collect. I = don't have any drain holes in the fuselage now; I don't think the Legacy = manual talked about any drain holes there.
