            Scott,
        Could you be more specific regarding the 'problems cited'.  While     older Matco brakes may have had their problems, the current parts     appear to be just fine. (I am not including the brake lines here).  I     have 160 hours on my Matco brakes (delivered 12-95, dual installation)     and haven't had any problems.  In addition, the brake pads are showing     minimal wear.
