Thanks, Doug.  There's nothing like the sweet sound of knowledge.  Here's my question.  If I ever knew, I can't recall if CO is heavier or lighter the O2. Consequently, if there is CO in the cockpit will it tend to rise into the canopy or sink to the floor?  I flew yesterday with my AIM detector on the floor near heater port and got a zero reading.  Last night, I occurred to me that I may not have picked the right spot for the test.  What think you?
