More than likely the brake caliper is being depressed in flight by contacting something.say the gear door. Do a retract test on the ground with the outboard door off to make sure the brake caliper is not contacting anything. More than likely the brake = caliper is being depressed in flight by contacting something…say the gear = door. 

 

Do a retract test on the ground = with the outboard door off to make sure the brake caliper is not contacting = anything.
