You can find the answers on wxworx.com.  Version 1.35 of WxWorx on Wings was released last month (Display S/W for a Windows based computer).  Included also is XmLink V1.41  Do not know  how 496 or other display options can access the new data.  The new WxWorx on Wings User's Guide shows the following services are available.
