Since I'm working on the panel but have no $$ for radios yet, I ordered install kits (which included the tubes) for the SL70 transponder, SL30 Nav/com and GX60 Gps/com from Chief Aircraft. Apollo cheerfully responds to my dumb questions and provided a very detailed CAD drawing for the panel cutout. (Marv, I can pass this along to te LIST) In addition, they have sent me on loan, empty avionics cases with the SL70,SL30 and GX60 bezels attached. This way I can slide them into the tubes and get a perfect fit without having to purchase the actual units themselves. How's that for support? Now don't all of you try this at the same time or they decide to revise their sales strategy. Best wishes for the holidays.
