For a company that is so forward thinking in their airplane designs and general business practice it was surprising. Most people who would take on the challenge of building a kit airplane should also be able to navigate the internet. A factory 24 hour instant thoughtful written communication is a great improvement I would think over mail or the telephone. Frequently asked question answers on line could free up telephone time and better inform potential buyers. SDR's could be published from the factory (thanks Marv!) as soon as they are known. The LATEST revisions of the complete manuals would be nice too for paid builders. Scan (or better yet typeset) them in and create a searchable index and it would be a great reference resource for builders. Notices of get togethers, trips, dinners, events, new projects, e-mail newsletters. A Good "IT" guy/gal could do it in "two weeks"... ?
