   On the newsletter subject, I too would vote for replacing the mailed
edition with a web site.  As one of the other contributors put it, we are
basically paying for a sales tool in the present format.

   For the "bail-out" bottle, I suggest checking any local dive shop or one
of the on-line diving supply places.  There are several small sizes made for
just a few minutes' use, very small and not too heavy.  With the variety of
nitrox mixes popular nowadays, there should not be any problem filling it
with pure oxygen or a high-oxygen mix.
