Rick,
   The TSIO 500 is heavier than my engine.  I didn't know which one you were using.  Have you picked a prop yet?  A composite over a metal one has a big impact on the CG.  That's what Ed Rosiak used on his turbo ES.
   You're right about another front passenger not impacting CG much.  I meant to say rear pax.   Fuel doesn't change it much. but what change it does have seems to be a bit rearward.
   I just wanted to let you know that you may have the option to have a battery up front, which, as Brent said, would eliminate the weight of a lot of heavy cable and deliver a little more oomph to your starter.

P.S.  I have a B&C starter and LOVE it.  It's light weight and cranks the engine much faster than a standard starter does.
