I am in the finishing stages off flap construction. and even
though I used considerable weight to hold the flap skins down
on a flat surface during flap rib and spar construction . I have
a concave bow cordwise in the flaps all the way across the span except for the ends. This bow amounts to about 1/8 to
3/16", deepest at about 2/3rds the way back from the flap
leading edge.
My question is. Have the other builders builders experienced
the same thing ? And if so , have you just left it that way or filled
it with micro or superfill ? I hate to add the weight of the filler but I also want it to look
right.
