Actually, I am not altering the fact of the flap switch location.
I find the position very good.
Also, as I fly with pilots in the RHS at times, the RH switch is used.
However, I have had both pilots, non pilots, and on the LHS, me, knock the
switch up.
If the switch was spring loaded to the centre position the chances of a
momentary knock would limit the flap retraction.
So I am in the throes of getting new switches sent over from Infinity and
have them installed at the annual next month.
