There are two side-by side thumb actuated switches on each yoke and they must be moved together or the trim won't activate. I like your flap switch too, and I also like the one Greg Ratajski has on his ES, which also has pre-set positions for UP, T/O and LDG. For me, I really like having my switch on the stick.
