I checked the Hartzell owners manual today. The manual states that the prop (both 3 and 4 blade) has to be overhauled at 5 years;  6 years if provided with additional corrosion protection per section 5.3.D(1) (i) in the owners manual.  They make no distinction between certified or experimental so your on your own.

BTW,  I added hydraulic fluid, brake fluid, and  drive belts (A/C) to my  5 year  list and the door seal to my 10 year list.  This was completely arbitrary so if anyone has a guideline to go by, please comment.
