It depends on the prop and governor.  Generally they both just need an
overhaul.  Typically it is seal and bearing replacement, N.D.T., and
reassembly.  Relatively speaking not that expensive.  Try helicopters.
Now that will make a millionaire out of a multi-millionaire!
