The only additional advice I can add to what was provided is to decide on whether you will be opting for the hydraulic inboard gear door feature. If so, you will be installing additional hydraulics in the well which you should do with the plane inverted. Unfortunately, I put the rudder on too soon and am now spending lots of time on my creeper. Thinking this through, the only place the where the rudder and wings interact in the building process (potentially affecting build order) has to do with the hardware connecting them (i.e. the rudder cables vs. the many components tied to the wing and it's options such as outback gear flap components.) The horizontal stabilizer and elevator involve a few more interactions due to the push rods. You could certainly install the horizontal stabilizer per plans sequence and still be able to flip the plane easily (relatively speaking). You will be routing the rudder cable at that time too. So, it sure seems you can leave at least the rudder and vertical fin to the end (but before rudder pedal installation and before brake line routing).
